The ring features round pave-set black sapphire skull with 18K rose gold signature flower on the forehead, black sapphire prong-set in the center of the flower. Scroll and leaf detailing on each side of openwork shank; 18K rose gold leaf on each side of skull and carved pink mother of pearl butterfly with prong-set pink garnet body.
