The paisley pendant features a rose gold bezel set pink garnet on top; pink garnet flower with an 18K gold star set diamond center surrounded by prong-set iolite; three leaves in diamond sit above; Swirling 18K rose gold leaf and abalone feather on one side and prong set apatite running down the other side; 18K bezel set pink garnet and black pearl drop from the bottom.
