Advanced order. Sterling silver and 18K rose gold,black sapphire, pink garnet and abalone someday skull ring from the Roses Never Die Collection. The ring features round pave-set pink garnet skull with 18K rose gold signature flower on the forehead, prong-set black sapphire in the center of the flower. Scroll and leaf detailing on each side of openwork shank; 18K rose gold leaf on each side of skull and carved abalone butterfly with prong-set black sapphire body.
