Keys of Life

The key is an ancient symbol of knowledge and discovery that unlocks both physical and metaphorical doors. In ancient Egypt, the Ankh represented the 'key of life,' with an ability to open up life's mysteries. Today, keys symbolize the discovery of inner treasures, serving as a reminder that the most valuable discoveries often lie within ourselves, waiting to be revealed. I conceptualized and created the first pieces for this collection in 1990 when I started studying the energies of gemstones and introducing symbolism into my work. Each Key of Life features genuine precious and semi-precious gemstones, creating individualized pieces that embody the key's power.
