Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be thrilled with every Barbara Bixby piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied your purchase from barbarabixby.com, you may return the piece within 30 days of the original invoice date. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to the store from which they were purchased. Jewelry that was a special order, personalized or sized in any way cannot be returned. Please email us at inquiry@bixbydesigns.com to obtain a return authorization number. Shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.


Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your new Barbara Bixby jewelry as quickly as possible. That is why we ship all of the orders via UPS and offer free ground shipping in the Continental US for orders over $500.

Please note that an adult signature is required for all deliveries. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, or because UPS wasn't able to obtain an adult signature, the customer is liable for the cost of shipping.

If an order is returned because a package is refused, the purchaser will be refunded the purchase amount minus a $40 restocking fee.

At this time we don’t ship to P.O. boxes or outside of the United States.

Express Delivery

If you have a special occasion and need your order to be delivered the next day, we offer this option on the checkout screen for additional fee. Please note: we allow 2 business days to process the order.


Repair Service

Barbara Bixby Designs strives to make innovative, high-quality jewelry. However, as with any piece of jewelry, from time-to-time a piece can become damaged. Repairs can be performed by independent jewelers experienced in sterling silver and 18K gold. However, we recommend using Ultimate Trading Corporation to provide services for Barbara Bixby Designs jewelry due to the intricate nature of the line.

Please send your item properly package to the address below with detailed information on the repair needed. After your request is assessed, you will be contacted with an estimate before your repair is started.  Shipping and handling fees apply.
